At very busy times, such as Christmas, we may not always be able to meet this target and thank you for your patience.
In the event that you do wish to make a complaint, we would ask that you do this in writing to mail@friskyfrog.co.uk giving us as much detail as possible. We will acknowledge all complaints, in writing, within 3 working days. We will inform the complainant of the action we intend to take and provide an estimate of the timescale to achieve a resolution.
